This page is maintained by the ProAdGenius team to explain what personal data we collect when you use our AI advertising and SEO platform (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It is not a certification or an independent audit.
1. Data we collect
Account & profile
- Email address, hashed password, optional company name and profile fields you enter.
- Two-factor authentication secrets (stored encrypted).
Ad platform connections
- OAuth access and refresh tokens for the networks you connect (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
- Account IDs, campaign IDs, and reporting metrics returned by those networks.
Campaign & SEO content
- Briefs you submit, AI-generated drafts, and the campaigns you launch.
Billing
- The crypto wallet addresses used to pay us, the transaction hashes, and the tier purchased.
- We do not process credit cards and do not store card data.
Operational data
- Server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) needed to run and secure the Service.
- In-product notifications and audit trails of key actions on your account.
2. How we use it
- To operate the Service: authenticate you, generate AI content, push campaigns, and report results.
- To bill and account for subscriptions.
- To secure the Service, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To send transactional email about your account, campaigns, and billing.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your briefs or campaign content to train third-party AI models beyond what is necessary to answer your request.
3. Third-party processors
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, and storage.
- AI provider (Google Gemini via Lovable AI Gateway) — processes your briefs to generate copy and SEO content.
- Ad networks — Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok receive the campaigns you launch through their official APIs.
- Blockchain networks — on-chain payments are, by nature, public.
- Email delivery — used to send transactional messages.
When you connect a Google Ads account, Google Ads is used solely to publish, manage, and read reporting for the campaigns you initiate through ProAdGenius. See the dedicated section below for details.
4. Google user data & Limited Use
ProAdGenius integrates with Google Ads through Google OAuth 2.0. This section discloses exactly what Google user data we access, how we use it, and how we protect it, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including the Limited Use requirements).
Scopes we request
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords — to create, read, update, and pause Google Ads campaigns inside the Google Ads account you connect, and to read reporting metrics for those campaigns so we can display performance in your dashboard.
What we do with Google user data
- Publish, update, and pause Google Ads campaigns that you draft and approve inside ProAdGenius.
- Read reporting metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions) for those campaigns.
- Display the connected Google Ads account identifier so you can see which account is linked.
- Store OAuth access and refresh tokens encrypted at rest, solely to keep the connection alive.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or transfer Google user data to any third party.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes unrelated to the product.
- We do not use Google user data to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized AI/ML models.
- We do not allow human access to Google user data except (i) with your explicit consent, (ii) as strictly necessary for security investigations, fraud/abuse prevention, or to comply with applicable law, or (iii) where the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
- We do not access Google Ads accounts that you have not explicitly connected.
Revoking access
You can disconnect Google Ads from ProAdGenius at any time from the Connections page inside the app. You can also revoke ProAdGenius's access directly at your Google Account permissions page. On disconnect we delete the stored OAuth tokens for your account.
Limited Use disclosure
ProAdGenius's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 12 months) to handle disputes, meet legal obligations, and let you reactivate. You may request earlier deletion — see below. OAuth tokens for connected ad platforms are deleted when you disconnect the platform or delete your account.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or export the personal data we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Revoke ad platform OAuth tokens at any time from the Connections page.
- Opt out of non-essential email.

7. Cookies
We use strictly-necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers on our marketing pages.
8. Security
We enforce HTTPS, encrypt secrets at rest, scope database access with row-level security, and offer two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and enable 2FA.
9. International data transfers
The Service is operated from multiple regions. By using it you consent to the transfer of your data to those regions for processing.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
