Refund Policy

Summary
ProAdGenius provides AI advertising and SEO services on a monthly subscription basis, payable in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL). All sales are final and no refunds are provided, except in the limited circumstances described below.
Why we cannot offer refunds
- Immediate access to AI-driven generation tools and proprietary data is granted on payment confirmation.
- Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
- Model, infrastructure, licensing, and support costs are incurred up-front for each billing cycle.
Cancelling your subscription
- You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period already paid.
- Access to the Service continues until the end of the paid period.
Failed, underpaid or late crypto payments
- If a payment fails, is underpaid, or settles after the due date, service may be suspended until the correct amount is received.
- No credit or refund is issued for interrupted service resulting from payment issues.
- It is your responsibility to send the exact amount on the correct chain and to allow for blockchain confirmation times.
Limited exceptions
An adjustment or credit may be considered only in the following cases:
- A duplicate on-chain payment for the same invoice (proof of both transactions required).
- A billing error originating from ProAdGenius, such as an incorrect amount or a duplicate invoice.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction, together with the relevant transaction hashes. Approved adjustments are issued as account credit or as an on-chain return to the originating wallet, at our discretion.
Chargebacks and disputes
- Chargebacks and dispute filings are not available for crypto payments due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions.
- Attempting to reverse a confirmed payment may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of access.
