Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProAdGenius website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ProAdGenius provides AI-assisted generation of advertising copy, targeting recommendations, and SEO content, together with integrations that publish campaigns to third-party advertising networks including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok. The Service is a tool — the accounts, spend, and creative you push through it remain your responsibility.

2. Accounts & security

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account. Enable two-factor authentication.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions & crypto billing

  • The Service is offered on monthly subscription tiers priced in USD and payable in supported crypto assets (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL).
  • Subscriptions activate on on-chain confirmation of payment to the wallet address displayed at checkout.
  • Payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. Cancel at any time by not renewing; access continues through the paid period.
  • Exchange-rate variance between quote and confirmation is your responsibility. Underpayments may delay activation.
  • Sending funds to an address other than the one shown at checkout is at your own risk and may not credit your account.

4. Third-party ad platforms

You are solely responsible for complying with the advertising policies of every network you connect (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and any others). We do not review or approve creative on your behalf. Accounts that violate a network's policies may be disabled by that network; we cannot restore them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing advertising.
  • Circumvent ad platform review or bidding controls.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Resell the Service without written authorization.

6. AI-generated output

Content produced by our AI models is provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing every draft before publishing. We make no warranty that generated copy is accurate, non-infringing, or compliant with any specific regulation or advertising policy.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the briefs, brand assets, and campaigns you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the Service. The ProAdGenius name, logo, and platform code are our property.

8. Disclaimers & liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR AD SPEND, LOST PROFITS, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTS.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination your access ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable retention window described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
